Where?

We will be camping at Mafeking Rover Park, which is located halfway between Yea and Seymour at 338 Caveat-Dropmore Rd, Caveat VIC 3660. 

How will we get there?

Scouts will be traveling in busses from across Victoria, departing from a location close to where they live and returning to the same location.

When is it?

The camp runs from January 7 – January 13, 2024.

How much does it cost?

Scouts – $480 per person + food.
Leaders – $150 per person + $100 if you wish to be catered by our central catering.

What do you mean by +food?

Scouts will be camping in Units made up of Scouts from their local area. 

Each Unit will organise their own food and this money will be collected by that Unit closer to the start date of the event.

Leaders who are not on Unit lines may choose to camp with their local Unit and eat with them or they can use the central catering service if they prefer.
